How long does delivery take?
We process your order within up to 5 business days. Delivery then usually takes 10–15 business days. You will receive an email with tracking.
What should I do if my order has not arrived?
First check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation. If nothing moves for a while, write to us at support@formandluxe.com – we will take care of it personally.
I would like to return my order – what do I do?
You have 30 days from delivery. Write to support@formandluxe.com with your order number and we will send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by you.
Which size should I choose?
Each product has a size chart in cm. If you are between two sizes, we recommend the larger one. We are happy to help before you order.
